Environmental Analysis

Every information professional needs to fully understand the organization's "place" in the market space; to understand the economic forces and political and social conditions likely to have an impact on the industry or sector; and to develop familiarity with other players in that industry or sector. It is a strategic move to develop an analysis of, and document regularly, the implications of all the known environmental factors.

Key Questions:
