Latest Enhancements
- Chemical Patents Index (CPI) subscribers now have access to full Derwent World Patents Index® (DWPI) abstracts from 1963 onwards with Thomson Pharma
- We have added new sorting options — depending on your search, you can now sort results by parameters such as highest development status, organism or molecule type
- Find related records functionality enables you to explore an area of research by identifying similar articles to the ones you’re viewing
The following enhancements have been made to the search capabilities of Thomson Pharma:
- You can now search the Derwent Drug File index using a controlled thesaurus, enabling you to retrieve Literature & News records quickly and precisely
- You can now search patent information by WPI accession number
The following enhancements have been made to the export capabilities of Thomson Pharma:
- Export of results to Microsoft® Word was introduced for Drug results in the previous update to Thomson Pharma. This included options to export any of the standard result types as well as a customize option. This functionality has now been extended to the results pages for all other report types
- We have added export capability from the Brand Management Module. You can now export a number of key analysis with graphical displays to Microsoft® Word
